Dear all,

This is to thank everyone, besides of course, Dr Miller, for the unwavering help and support you have given me over the years. Luckily, I have to see you only every three months. And however much I dread the effects of those eye injections, I am extremely grateful for all the good work you do in your various departments like reception, accounting, testing, scanning etc.

As I am not going to see you before the year is out, I would like to wish you all a happy holiday, some much deserved vacation and a peaceful transition into the next year,
